Balance and Flexibility

Balance and Flexibility is a low intensity session The first half is all about Balance and Stability to improve your balance, coordination and strengthen your stabilising muscles. Balance is your ability to control your body without movement against gravity. Stability is your ability to control your body during movement.

 

The second half is all about flexibility and mobility through stretching to improve movement, functional capacity, recovery and prevention of injury. Flexibility is the ability of a joint or series of joints to move through an unrestricted, pain free range of motion.​​
