Please wear suitable, comfortable and flexible clothing, and wear suitable comfortable footwear. Please bring a drink of water and a towel if you get sweaty. If you are attending Legs, Bums and Tums and/or Flex and Stretch and/or Balance and Stability then please bring your own mat if you have one. Thank you

1 to 1, 1 to 2 and small group can be at various location to suite.
Chair Exercises and Chair Flex and Stretch - £35 Per month
Circuits, Legs, Bums and Tums and Flex and Stretch - £39.50 Per month
Balance and stability - £44 per month
1 to 1 £45 per session one a week £40 per session 2 or more a week
1 to 2 £60 per session (£30 each)
Small Groups 4 people £100 (£25 each)
Small group 6 people £120 (£20 each)
You pay via monthly direct debit. A link will be send once you have booked and filled out the health questionnaire.
Each exercise has different variations for different abilities. For example there are 5 different ways to do a plank, a push up or squat, not everyone will be doing the same exercise as it will have been adapted to their individual needs. I will always suggest taking the easiest option for the first few sessions and seeing how you feel after and build up slowly as you get stronger and fitter. Nothing should hurt when exercising, there is no such thing as a stupid question, all and any question is welcome when we are in session to help and support your needs.
We cater to the best of our ability making sure are venues are as accessible as possible. Unfortunately our Kempston studio does have stairs.
